Eligibility & Registration

By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age threshold. 3vk reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. If age verification fails or is refused, the account will be suspended and any balance held pending investigation.
3vk operates as an online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in their specific location. 3vk makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction outside of its intended market. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in breach of these Terms.
When creating a 3vk account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 3vk platform at any given time. Creating multiple accounts โ whether under the same name, different names, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method โ is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 3vk reserves the right to:
- Close all duplicate accounts without prior notice
- Confiscate any winnings or bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts
- Permanently ban the associated phone numbers, devices, and payment methods from future registration
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3vk processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are subject to the following conditions.
All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits โ where the funding source belongs to another individual โ are strictly prohibited. 3vk is not responsible for any delays caused by mobile financial services (MFS) providers such as bKash or Nagad. The minimum deposit amount is เงณ200. Deposited funds are for gaming purposes only and may not be transferred between accounts.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. 3vk reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements.
3vk maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Any account suspected of being used to launder funds, process payments on behalf of third parties, or engage in any fraudulent financial activity will be suspended immediately. Associated balances will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities. Players are prohibited from depositing funds derived from illegal activities.
All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 3vk does not apply any hidden currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 3vk are subject to individual terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:
- Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise

The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with 3vk management, whose decision is final.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3vk platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
- Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain
- Accessing another player's account without their explicit permission

- Making chargebacks or reversals on legitimate deposits without prior communication with 3vk

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software bug that results in incorrect odds being displayed, an incorrect payout being made, or a game outcome being recorded erroneously, 3vk reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore account balances to their correct pre-error state. This applies regardless of whether the error benefited the player or the platform.
Privacy & Data Protection

Account Closure & Termination
You may close your 3vk account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, we will process any eligible outstanding balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. Self-exclusion requests will be processed immediately and irrevocably โ re-registration during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
3vk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected underage gambling, unresolved identity verification, or regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or terms violation, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is for unrelated administrative reasons, any eligible balance will be returned.
Governing Law & Disputes
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 3vk platform, you must first contact our support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. Disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 3vk will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 14 working days. The decision of 3vk management following the internal review process is final and binding.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3vk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
